Removal:

- Clean the area around the spark plug.

- Unscrew counterclockwise.

- Check the electrode gap with a feeler gauge.

Installation:

- Begin by hand-tightening, then tighten the spark plug to the recommended torque (refer to your vehicle's manual).

Caution: Overtightening will prevent a proper seal.
